The melons that are subject to the recall process have been isolated to one farm in the Rocky Ford, Colorado area.
Our product is grown, packed and shipped from Mendota, California, and is not in any way part of the current recall.
We at Pappas, go to great lengths to insure our product is safe for consumption.
We have a comprehensive food safety program and are audited and certified by a third party to insure that we are in
compliance with the highest food safety standards.
As in the case of all fresh fruits and vegetables, we recommend
that you thoroughly wash any and all cantaloupe you intend to consume.
